Renovation of a single family house, in which the owners would like to have a terrace. The roof was removed on the third floor, allowing the slab of more than 60m² to be occupied and transformed into a leisure area with spa,  barbecue grill and a deck , which allows a panoramic view of the city and the beach.

The new access was made through a rip in the slab and placement of a new staircase in the games room on the second floor.
