Our project involved the renovation of a house in Antonina - Paraná, which featured a protected and historic facade at the entrance of the property. The main building had a concrete and brick facade with many Brazilian brutalist details, all of which were carefully preserved during the renovation process.

One of the main challenges was the replacement of the original circular stair, which was unsafe, with a new linear and secure one. Despite this change, we were able to maintain the original ceiling and windows, which added to the unique character of the home.

In the backyard, the patio was transformed into a social area with a jacuzzi, a barbecue spot, and a lush tropical garden, providing a beautiful oasis for relaxation and entertainment.

Additionally, the house at the end of the property was converted into a guesthouse, complete with a laundry area and three comfortable bedrooms.

The end result was a stunning renovation that successfully preserved the historic facade while incorporating modern amenities and design elements to create a comfortable and stylish living space.
