Our renovation project focused on the kitchen and dining room of a residential apartment in Santo André. The original space was a typical 80's apartment with two separate rooms, but we demolished the dividing wall to create a larger, more open and cozy area.

The owner had a specific vision for the new space, and one of his requests was the addition of an island in the middle of the kitchen. This central feature serves as both a functional workspace and a gathering place for entertaining guests. Additionally, ample storage was incorporated throughout the design to accommodate the owner's many appliances and kitchen tools.

We also updated the lighting and color scheme, selecting warm tones and natural materials to create a welcoming and inviting atmosphere. The end result is a beautifully renovated space that seamlessly blends the kitchen, living room and dining room, creating a perfect setting for comfortable living and entertaining.
